Fusevy LLC ("Fusevy", "we", "us", or "our") operates the https://www.fusevy.com website, the Fusevy mobile application, and related features, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Fusevy is a genuine connection platform that helps people connect through friendship, dating, community, messaging, video chat, blogs, forums, groups, activity features, and events. The Service includes profiles, photo and video sharing, messaging, video chat, blogs, forums, groups, events, comments, likes, gifts, winks, and other interactive features.   • Profile content, photos, videos, captions, comments, blog posts, forum posts, group posts, event RSVPs, and reactions;
  • Messages, chat content, message metadata, and video chat metadata such as participants, time, duration, device information, and connection status;

Private messages are not public, but they may be reviewed by us if reported, flagged by safety tools, required for legal reasons, or necessary to protect users, the Service, or the public. We do not record video chats unless we clearly disclose the recording feature and obtain consent where required by law.

2.3 Location Information

We may collect approximate or precise location information if you provide it, enter it into your profile, or give the Service permission to access location services on your device. We use location information to help you discover nearby people, groups, events, and other location-based features. You may disable device location access through your device settings, although some features may not work properly without it.

If you purchase paid services, subscriptions, or in-app features, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Apple, Google, PayPal/Braintree, or other processors we may use. We do not store your full credit card number. Those providers process your payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We may use analytics and advertising partners, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdMob, Meta/Facebook, or similar providers, to measure usage, improve the Service, advertise, and understand campaign performance.
